KubeMatrix was founded by platform engineers who spent years building and operating large-scale systems at companies handling millions of requests per second.
We saw the same problems repeated across organizations: inconsistent deployments, tribal knowledge, reactive firefighting, and tools implemented without understanding the underlying problems they were meant to solve.
We started KubeMatrix to bring operational experience to consulting. We don't just recommend architectures—we've operated them. We know what breaks at 3 AM and what it takes to build systems that don't.
